It should be.  It's all cast iron and I was standing by it when it overheated so I killed the motor quick and then pulled a shop fan in front of the radiator.  Not sure what's up with the electric fans but that is just one more thing to sort out.

Don't know.  I have it stored 3hrs from me now and will not move it until August when I get settled at my new place.  Work keeps me busy and on the road so when I do have the car I only get a few hours a month to work on it.  That is the problem with the fans, I'm building a wiring harness for the car and I did not have time to trouble shoot the fan circuit before it went into storage.  The guy that is storing the car usually puts a shop fan in front of the radiator when he fires it up.  Works pretty good like that as he does that with his stored cars.  He has a good fan that moves a lot of air over the radiator.  I need to get one like it or at least build something similar.
