What time does the track open?

   Yes , I got the belts in and am doing a little maintainence on it so I'll be ready to go . Irwindale is also starting a Saturday night program now that they don't run the oval track ( no new Nascar sanction yet) PM me details shen you can so we can make this happen!!!!!. We'll get Tim (fordracing250) off his ass and get him out there too! RIGHT Tim!!!!!! LOL It's always good when we can hool up and hang out with fellow members!!!!!

Only question is......What car to rent.
I wonder if they will get suspicious at Avis when I start asking about rear gear ratios and NOS?

I will be landing a little after 3:00 Wednesday and will be at the track at or shortly after the gates open.
If my knees were better, I would just climb the gates early

Sounds like Jeff may be getting a case of the flu tomorrow around noon. 

I was thinking about it yesterday. I even looked at ticket prices. But it's just not doable for me. Sorry, I would've liked to meet you and Tim.

        I'm heading to the track around 3-3:30 Thursday. Takes 20-25 minutes to get there. F350 "box" truck grabber blue cab , white box, right next to the staging lane entrance , hard to miss.

It was a blast. I have a few photos to post, but after2 of 3 sets of batteries turned up dead, I instantly filled up the memory card.

I would say it wasn't my lucky day, but, actually, it was!

I entered a drawing at the track for the LA Driving Experience and won a 20 lap package!
After I complete that driving school, I will be signing a very lucrative contract with Roush Racing to replace Matt Kenseth
