Randy, did you get those new belts installed yet?

I plan on being on the ground out there around 3:15PM on the 27th.

Looking forward to watching some west coast cars run!

What time does the track open?

I can do the Thursday night T&T or a Saturday bracket race if they have one that weekend.

It's pretty late for me right now & Momma is asleep, so I will try and get you details this weekend.

BTW.....are you any relation to Rusty?

Yup, Jeff, it's on like Donkey Kong.

Had a really bad 2 days at work and I am looking forward to this with a passion.

Only question is......What car to rent.
I wonder if they will get suspicious at Avis when I start asking about rear gear ratios and NOS?

I will be landing a little after 3:00 Wednesday and will be at the track at or shortly after the gates open.
If my knees were better, I would just climb the gates early

Are you getting a wild hair?

I was thinking about it yesterday. I even looked at ticket prices. But it's just not doable for me. Sorry, I would've liked to meet you and Tim.

I'm heading to the track around 3-3:30 Thursday. Takes 20-25 minutes to get there. F350 "box" truck grabber blue cab , white box, right next to the staging lane entrance , hard to miss.

Rick,

That's what happens to the weakest in the herd!

lol

It was a blast. I have a few photos to post, but after2 of 3 sets of batteries turned up dead, I instantly filled up the memory card.

I would say it wasn't my lucky day, but, actually, it was!

I entered a drawing at the track for the LA Driving Experience and won a 20 lap package!
After I complete that driving school, I will be signing a very lucrative contract with Roush Racing to replace Matt Kenseth
