Have any of you vatos fried one of these birds? I've tossed the idea around and not sure...how does it taste?

Every year...some of the best bird you'll have.
I inject the bird about 2 days before with garlic honey marinade.
deepfry at 350 for about 3 1/2 mins a pound
check internal temp at about 155 its done.

It cooks very fast so keep an eye on the temp as you get closer to time till done.

Also cook with peanut oil...better for you and taste
